The full amount of your stay, including the tourist tax, must be paid no later than the day of arrival during check-in at Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe.

Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe is located in the Montévrain – Les Frênes district, just 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus from the Disneyland® Paris parks.

How do I get to Disneyland® Paris from Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe?

The easiest way is to take bus 2233, which stops at Bois de Loselet, directly in front of the residence.

The bus runs approximately every 20 minutes and reaches Disneyland® Paris in less than 20 minutes.

You can also travel by car or taxi.

Can I buy Disneyland® Paris tickets directly at the residence?

Yes. Disneyland® Paris tickets are available for purchase directly at the reception desk of Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe, making it even easier to plan your family stay.

What are the reception opening hours?

How do I get to Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe?

By car

From the A4 motorway (towards Metz): take Exit 12.1 – “Marne-la-Vallée, Montévrain”.
From the A4 motorway (towards Paris): take Exit 13 – “Marne-la-Vallée, Serris”.

At the Val d’Europe roundabout, follow the signs for Meaux. At the second roundabout, continue along Boulevard du Grand Fossé to the third roundabout, then take the third exit towards “Montévrain – Les Frênes – Vieux Bourg” onto Avenue François Mitterrand. The residence is located at the next roundabout.

By RER

Take the RER A towards Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy and get off at Val d’Europe Station. From there, take bus 2233 towards Bois de Loselet and get off at the Bois de Loselet stop, located directly in front of the residence. Taxis are also available.

From the TGV station

The nearest TGV / Eurostar station is Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy. From the station, take bus 2233 towards Gare de Val d’Europe and get off at the Bois de Loselet stop, or take a taxi.

From the airport

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is located 37 km from the residence, while Paris Orly Airport (ORY) is 45 km away.

You can reach the residence by taxi, private transfer (VTC), or RER.

Does the residence have parking?

Yes. Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe offers two free parking areas for guests: one outdoor car park and one underground car park.

Are electric vehicle charging stations available?

Yes. A vending machine located in the reception area offers hot and cold drinks as well as snacks. A bakery is also conveniently located just a short walk from the residence.

Does Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe have a swimming pool?

Yes. Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe features an outdoor swimming pool, exclusively available to guests staying at the residence.

When is the swimming pool open?

The outdoor swimming pool is open from June to September, weather permitting, every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Does Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe have a fitness room?

Yes. Guests have free access to a modern fitness room equipped with cardio and strength-training equipment, open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Studio and Apartment Facilities Near Disneyland® Paris

What amenities are available in the apartments?

The studios and apartments at Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe are fully furnished and equipped to provide all the comforts of home. Each accommodation includes a sleeping/living area with comfortable bedding, a work desk, a dining area, a wardrobe, and, depending on the apartment, a private balcony.

Every unit also features a fully equipped kitchenette with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and all essential cookware and tableware.

The private bathroom includes either a bathtub or a shower (depending on the apartment), a toilet, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.

What linens and welcome amenities are provided upon arrival?

Upon arrival, each studio or apartment is supplied with enough bath towels (two sizes per guest) for all occupants, a bath mat, and toilet paper.

A complimentary welcome tray is also provided, including a kettle together with a selection of coffee and tea.

How often is housekeeping provided?

As is standard in most aparthotels, housekeeping is not provided during your stay. Cleaning is carried out after check-out only.

A dedicated waste disposal area is available for guests to dispose of their rubbish during their stay.

What additional equipment is available on request?

The reception team can provide the following items upon request, subject to availability:

CANCELLATION POLICY

How can I cancel my booking?
If you have not taken advantage of a ‘non-refundable’ offer, all bookings made on the www.laresidenceduparc.fr website can be cancelled up to 6pm on the day of your arrival. You can cancel by calling the establishment on +33 (0)1 60 31 74 00.

DEPOSIT

What is the deposit policy at the Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe?

When you check in, you will be asked for a bank card and an identity document in the same name for the deposit.
