The total amount of your booking + tourist tax must be paid on arrival, when you check in.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax has been set at €3.90 per night and per person since 1 January 2023.
What methods of payment are accepted at the Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe?
You can pay for your stay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), cash or holiday vouchers.
Can I extend my booking once I’ve arrived?
You can ask reception to extend your stay, which will be accepted subject to availability on the date in question.

A city bus passes by the residence every 20 minutes from 5.38am, taking you to Disneyland Paris in less than 20 minutes.

Yes, tickets are on sale at reception.
Does the establishment have a car park?
Yes, there are two outdoor car parks and a basement car park.
At what time can I arrive at the residence?
Check-in is from 4pm.

Reception is open 24 hours a day.
How do I get to Résidence du Parc Val d’Europe?
– By car
• Motorway A4 – Direction Metz: Take exit 12.1 ‘Marne-la-Vallée, Montévrain’.
• Motorway A4 – Direction Paris: Take exit 13 ‘Marne-la-Vallée, Serris’.
At the VAL D’EUROPE roundabout, follow signs for ‘Meaux’. At the 2nd roundabout, continue along Boulevard du Grand Fossé to the 3rd roundabout, then take the 3rd exit on the left towards ‘Montévrain-Les Frênes – Vieux Bourg’ on Avenue François Mitterrand. You’ll arrive at the next roundabout.

To reach the Residence, take RER line A towards Marne-la-Vallée and get off at ‘Val d’Europe’ station. To get to the residence, you can then take the Pep’s city bus – line no. 2233 towards Bois de Loselet – ‘Bois de Loselet’ stop at the foot of the Residence or take a taxi.
– From the TGV station
The nearest TGV / THALYS / EUROSTAR station is ‘Marne La Vallée – Chessy’. To get to the residence, you can either take the city bus n°2233 direction Bois de Loselet – ‘Arrêt Bois de Loselet’ at the foot of the Residence or take a taxi.
– From the airport
Roissy CDG airport is 37 km from the Résidence. Orly airport is 45 km from the Residence.

Do you offer breakfast?
A buffet breakfast is served in a dedicated room every day from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at a cost of €10 per adult / €8 per child.
It includes hot drinks, fruit juices, fruit, cereals, pastries, bread, ham, yoghurt and cheese.
What are the alternatives to breakfast?
You can buy hot/cold drinks and snacks from a vending machine at the residence reception desk.
When is the swimming pool open?
The swimming pool is open from June to September, depending on the weather, every day from 10am to 9pm.
What facilities are available in the flats?
The flats in the residence are furnished and equipped just like at home. They have a bedroom/living room with bedding, desk area, dining area, wardrobe, balcony (depending on the flat), a fully-equipped kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery. There is also a bathroom with bath or shower (depending on the flat), WC and heated towel rail.
What linen and consumables are provided on arrival?
Your studio is equipped with towels (2 sizes), a bath mat, toilet paper and instant coffee and tea.
How often are the studios cleaned?
The studios are cleaned after each departure. If you’re staying for several days, there’s a place where you can leave your rubbish.
What facilities are available on request?
Reception can lend you a cot, hairdryer or iron and provide you with a crockery kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 wipe).
How can I cancel my booking?
If you have not taken advantage of a ‘non-refundable’ offer, all bookings made on the www.laresidenceduparc.fr website can be cancelled up to 6pm on the day of your arrival. You can cancel by calling the establishment on +33 (0)1 60 31 74 00.
How much is the deposit?
The deposits are 150€ for all type of studios.
When do I get my deposit back?
The deposit is a pre-authorisation, the amount is “blocked” on your bank account. We release the deposit 48 hours after your departure from the studio. The blocked funds are available again a maximum of 30 days after your departure. This period depends on your bank and the contract you have with it.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at reception free of charge.
Are pets allowed in the establishment?
Yes, 10 kg maximum, with a supplement (€25/night/pet)
Are there any restaurants/snacks/bakeries close to the residence?
Yes, there are several options for eating out close to the residence: bakery at the foot of the residence, snack bar, restaurant and mini-market.
