Whether you are staying with us for a family holiday, a magical trip to Disneyland Paris, or a business visit, there’s no need to give up your healthy habits!

Modern, Fully Equipped Fitness Facilities

Our fitness room has been designed to meet all your workout needs, whether you prefer cardio training or strength conditioning. Enjoy free access to professional-quality equipment, including:

• 2 treadmills to improve your endurance.
• 1 upright bike and 1 recumbent bike for customized cardio workouts.
• 1 rowing machine for a full-body workout.
• 1 multi-gym station, a weight bench, and a set of dumbbells to help you build strength and tone your body.
• Exercise balls and yoga mats for stretching, Pilates, or relaxation sessions.

A Safe and Comfortable Fitness Environment

To ensure you can exercise with complete peace of mind, our fitness area is fully secured and monitored by surveillance cameras. This allows you to focus entirely on your workout and personal fitness goals.

Practical Information & House Rules

For the comfort and safety of all guests, access to our fitness room is subject to the following rules and guidelines.

• Opening Hours and Access
  The fitness room is available free of charge from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Access is strictly reserved for residents of the property and is granted using your studio key card. The last entry is permitted 30 minutes before closing, at 8:30 p.m.
• Liability
  All equipment is used at the user’s own risk. We recommend consulting a physician before engaging in any physical activity. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Hygiene and Dress Code
  Appropriate sportswear and clean indoor-only athletic shoes are required. For hygiene reasons, the use of a personal towel on all equipment is mandatory. Guests are also kindly requested to clean the equipment after use using the disinfectant products provided.
• Courtesy and Respect
  Please be considerate of other users at all times. Loud or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we ask that mobile phone use remains discreet. The property accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
